Join us at a unique festival that blends traditional yogic practices with modern mindful living. 

Deepen your practice in a spacious setting with asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, sound healing, and kirtan. Learn from renowned international teachers in an immersive, body-mind-emotion experience.

Enjoy talks and workshops on relationships, parenting, ecology, art, and design. Discover a conscious market, massage therapy, children’s program, art installations, and more in our relaxed gallery space.

This festival is a celebration of community, self-discovery, art and sustainability - a meeting place for all generations and backgrounds.

YOGA OFF THE MAT

A special section of the Festival open to public, with Lectures, Art Exhibition, Market Stalls, Chill Out Zone, Kids Zone and Workshops. There will be separate entrance to this upper floor gallery section. All Yoga OFF the Mat Ticket holders have a free access to this section as well. All program in this section will be held in Slovak Language.
